Hi, I’m NATALIE SAMUEL
I am an accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP,MNCS) and Hypnotherapist (MNHS cert) based in Kent.
NS Therapies was created in 2021 with the aim of bringing effective, compassionate and empathetic mental health and wellbeing support to clients from a range of backgrounds and struggles.
I take a pluralistic approach to psychotherapy which means I draw upon many different approaches and specialisms to provide the most effective bespoke therapy solutions for each client. Since our inception I have gone on to help many people overcome anxiety, depression, childhood traumas, resolve relationship difficulties & boost their overall wellbeing as a few examples.

What to expect?
Therapeutic approaches: CBT, Person centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional analysis, Trauma informed and alternative therapies.
1:2:1 sessions
Sessions will be on a 1:2:1 basis and will begin with an initial assessment where I will get an understanding of the presenting issues and begin to put together options for your therapeutic plan which will outline our work together.
Additional Self-help worksheets and other materials to continue progress outside of session time.
Additional mental health and wellbeing hints, tips, and techniques
Sessions can be Online via Zoom or over the telephone via WhatsApp.
Wellness coaching sessions
Beginning with an initial wellbeing assessment we begin to target particular areas of wellbeing based on the results of the assessment. We will then begin setting goals and set weekly check in time to work through each, documenting progress on the way.

Couples/Group sessions
Struggling with relationships, friendship or family issues?
Need an impartial perspective to mediate discussions?
Then you’re in the right place - I work with couples and groups to both mediate and counsel through issues that arise.
Beginning with an initial join session I will then work with all/both parties together but also separately as individuals to get separate perspectives and allow for personal development before coming together again.
Alternative therapy sessions
During the initial assessment we will establish which therapeutic approach would be most suitable based on the presenting issues and conduct a physical health check to ensure suitability. Once prepared, we will then begin a set of sessions directly focused on the therapy -whether it be Hypnotherapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT Tapping) or Meditation and assess the progress regularly.
